Can I Keep It Real?

  • Don’t Get Discouraged by What You See Right Now

    April 14th, 2026

    Sometimes life gets loud.

Not just noisy on the outside—but heavy on the inside.

You wake up, handle responsibilities, take care of your people, go to work, show up where you’re needed… and somewhere in between all that, you realize you haven’t really had a moment to just be. Not a real one. Not one where your soul feels at peace.

And if you’re honest… it don’t feel like it used to.

There was a time when life felt lighter. Simpler. You didn’t even know you were in the good days—you thought you were stressed back then. But looking back now? That was peace compared to this.

Now it feels like a constant chase. A loop. A weight.

But here’s what you need to hear—and really let it land:

Don’t get discouraged by what you see right now.

Because what you’re seeing isn’t the final version of your life… it’s the transition.

You’re Not Being Punished—You’re Being Prepared

    You’ve been praying.

    You’ve been asking for change.
You’ve been trying to level up, shift your life, step into something better.

And then suddenly… things start getting uncomfortable.

    Situations pop up.
    Old patterns resurface.
    People act different.
    Pressure increases.

And it makes you question everything like:
    “Why now?”
    “Why when I’m actually trying?”

But what if that’s the process?

What if everything rising up right now isn’t here to break you…
but to give you a chance to respond differently?

Because every moment like that is a test of identity.

Are you still the old version of yourself?
Or are you becoming someone new?

If you keep reacting the same way—thinking “why me?”—you repeat the cycle.

But if you shift your perspective to:
    “This is happening for me”

    Now you’re graduating.

Your Reality Is Reflecting Your Mind

Most people think they’re just observing life.

But you’re not just seeing the world…

    You’re projecting it.

What you believe, what you repeat, what you hold onto internally—
that becomes the lens you experience everything through.

That’s why two people can look at the same situation and see two completely different realities.

Because it’s not just about what’s in front of you.

    It’s about what’s within you.

So if your life isn’t matching what you truly desire…

    It’s not punishment.

    It’s a signal.

It’s pointing back to your beliefs.

Some of Those Beliefs Were Never Yours

A lot of what you believe right now…

    You didn’t choose it.

    It was handed to you.

    From people who were scared.
    From environments that were limited.
From voices that never expanded beyond what they knew.

And now you’re trying to build a bigger life…
with a mindset that was never built for expansion.

    That’s the real conflict.

    You’re not broken.

You’re just operating on outdated programming.

You Gotta Be Willing to Face Yourself

    Growth isn’t always peaceful.

    Sometimes it’s uncomfortable.

    Sometimes it’s realizing:
“Damn… I’ve been getting in my own way.”

And that’s not easy to accept.

Because pride will try to protect you.
Ego will try to defend you.
Your mind will try to keep you where it feels safe.

But staying the same isn’t safety…

    It’s stagnation.

    If something triggers you…
If someone calls something out in you…
    If a pattern keeps repeating…

    Don’t run from it.

    Sit with it.

    That’s where the breakthrough is.

    Faith Ain’t Begging—It’s Knowing

    There’s a difference between hoping…

    and knowing.

You don’t have to beg for what’s already available to you.

You don’t have to shrink your desires like you’re asking for too much.

You’re not on a limited plan with God.

You’re connected to the source of everything.

    So when you speak…

    Speak like it’s already yours.

Not “I hope things get better.”

    But:
“Everything is working out for me.”
    “I am abundant.”
“My life is shifting in my favor.”

    That’s not arrogance.

    That’s alignment.

Stand On It—Even When It Doesn’t Make Sense

This is where most people fold.

    They’ll say the affirmations…
    They’ll feel good for a moment…

But the second life looks the same—or worse—they go right back to doubt.

    That’s the test.

    Can you hold the belief…
even when reality hasn’t caught up yet?

Can you look at your situation—bills, stress, uncertainty—and still say:
    “I am abundant.”

    That’s power.

    That’s faith.

    That’s how you shift timelines.

    You Are Not Your Thoughts

Your mind will try to pull you back.

    Old fears.
    Old doubts.
    Old habits.

    That voice will get loud.

But just because a thought shows up…

    doesn’t mean it’s true.

    Thoughts come and go.

    Feelings come and go.

    Circumstances come and go.

    But what remains?

    You.

    The awareness behind it all.

The part of you that observes everything without being shaken by it.

    That’s your real power.

    It’s Time to Wake Up

You’ve been stronger than you give yourself credit for.

You’ve made it through things that should’ve broke you.

And now you’re being called to rise higher.

    Not by force…

    But by awareness.

    By choosing new beliefs.
By standing firm in what you’re creating.
By refusing to go back to who you used to be.

    You’re not separate from God.

    You’re connected.

    Always have been.

So stop looking outside for confirmation…

and start standing on what’s already been spoken within you.

    Now Do This

    Take this serious.

    Write your affirmations.

    Be specific.

    Say them daily—30 minutes minimum.

If you really want to shift fast… go longer.

And when your mind starts fighting you…

    Good.

That means you’re touching something real.

    Stay with it.

    Repeat it.

    Stand on it.

Everything is working out for you.
    Even now.
    Especially now.

    Can I keep it real?

This ain’t about becoming something new…

This is about remembering who you’ve always been—and finally standing on it.

  • 🧠 So What Is the Subconscious Mind (And Why Should You Care)?

    June 4th, 2025

The subconscious mind is the part of your mind that runs in the background—kind of like the operating system of your life. It stores your beliefs, habits, emotional responses, childhood programming, and identity. And whether you’re aware of it or not… it’s running the show 95% of the time.

That means most of what you’re doing, feeling, reacting to, attracting, and creating—it’s all being filtered through this inner blueprint.

When your conscious mind says: “I want more money.”
But your subconscious still believes: “Money is hard to make.”
You’ll keep getting what’s programmed beneath the surface.

📌 The Subconscious Is Not Out to Get You…

It’s not evil, broken, or against you. It’s actually trying to keep you safe. The problem is—it’s often running on OLD data. Like outdated beliefs from childhood, trauma responses, or things you heard growing up that got locked in as truths even if they’re completely false now.

🔑 How to Start Reprogramming Your Subconscious

    • Awareness – Notice the patterns in your life. What’s repeating?
    • Affirmations & Self-Talk – Speak new truths. Daily.
    • Visualization – Feel yourself already living the life you want.
    • Meditation / Hypnosis – Access the theta state and reprogram.
    • Inner Child & Shadow Work – Heal the roots. Free yourself.

    💭 Final Thoughts

The subconscious doesn’t care about what’s true. It just follows what’s familiar. That’s why transformation feels uncomfortable at first—it’s unfamiliar. But keep going. The more you expose your mind to new, empowering thoughts, the more it adapts. It’s trainable.

    Can I keep it real?
You don’t need more willpower. You need a new program.

    Let the healing begin. 🧘🏾‍♂️✨

  • ✨ Stop Calling It Anxiety—It’s Just Old Energy Trying to Survive

    May 30th, 2025

We’ve been trained to label everything we feel as “anxiety” or “depression.”
But what if it’s deeper than that?

    What if that heaviness you’re carrying isn’t a disorder… but a detox?
What if that discomfort is just old energy leaving your system?

Let me break it down for you:

The moment you pray for something new…
The moment you desire a higher life…
    It’s already done.

    Creation is finished.

Now your only job is to release everything that no longer aligns with what you asked for.
But that release? That’s what most people run from—because it feels like chaos.

    • It feels like sadness.
    • It feels like fear.
    • It feels like confusion.

But it’s not your truth—it’s just your old identity falling apart.

The problem is, most people don’t realize this.
So they feed the old story. They talk about their problems to anyone who will listen.
They scroll Facebook, watch sad shows, follow people stuck in the same energy…
and all of a sudden, they’re back in the vibration they swore they were done with.

    Then the cycle starts over.

Meanwhile, the new version of you—the one you created with your intention—is waiting.
Waiting for you to choose it. Waiting for you to stop reacting to the old and start allowing the new.

That’s where the anxiety comes from.
    That’s where the depression grows.
    It’s not just emotional—it’s spiritual. It’s energetic.

    You’re at war with yourself.
One version wants to evolve. The other wants to survive.

    So here’s what you do:

    • Practice non-reaction.
    • Withdraw your attention from the old story.
    • Let go of the need to fix the feeling.
    • Stop identifying with your thoughts—they’re not you.

That negativity only has power when you feed it.

The minute you stop reacting, it starts to die.

    Let it go.

    Stay cool.
    Stay grounded.
You’re not being tested—you’re being transformed.

And the peace you’ve been begging for?
It shows up the moment you stop entertaining what no longer belongs in your life.

    Can I keep it real?
You’re not broken. You’re birthing a new reality.

Let it happen. You got this. 💯

  • Your Energy Centers Might Be the Missing Link

    May 28th, 2025

    (Can I Keep It Real?)

    Let’s get straight to it.

Most people are out here trying to fix their life by only working on the outside.
New habits. New jobs. New relationships.
But if your energy is blocked on the inside, nothing out there is going to stick.

We have energy centers in the body—also called chakras—that carry the charge for how we experience life.
They influence everything: how safe we feel, how we express ourselves, how confident we are, how open our hearts feel, how clearly we think, and how connected we are to purpose.

But when these centers are blocked or out of balance?

It can feel like you’re grinding through life. Stuck in cycles. Overwhelmed. Tired for no reason.
Or like nothing you try ever really works.

Here’s the part nobody talks about enough:
You can do all the right things externally…
But if you’ve got old emotional energy still sitting in your system, it will show up—in your body, in your mindset, in your results.

This isn’t about being “spiritual” for the sake of it.
It’s about getting to the root of what’s holding you back so you can finally move forward—fully, freely, and on your terms.

Learning about your energy centers is like getting access to your body’s blueprint.
It teaches you how to listen to the messages beneath the surface.
And once you get in tune with that?
You stop reacting to life… and start creating it.

    Your body is always talking.
Your job is to learn how to listen.

Energy either flows—or it gets stuck.
And stuck energy keeps you from becoming who you really are.

  • Maybe It’s Not Negative Energy… Maybe It’s Just Energy

    May 27th, 2025

Have you ever had one of those days where your chest feels tight, your thoughts are racing, and something just feels off?

Like… “Dang, here it comes again. Something’s wrong. Life must be falling apart.”

But what if I told you that the “negative energy” you’re feeling…
    isn’t actually negative?

    You Might Just Be Growing

What if it’s just energy — your energy — building up because you’re about to step into a new version of yourself?

And the only reason it feels heavy or uncomfortable…
is because of how you’re interpreting it.

You’ve been taught to call it fear. To call it anxiety. To call it a bad day.
But what if it’s none of those things?

What if it’s your next level trying to reach you…
but you’re mistaking the pressure for a problem?

    Energy isn’t good or bad.
It’s how we define it that gives it meaning.

    Breaking Down or Breaking Through?

The pressure you feel might not be a sign that things are going wrong.
It might be a sign that something’s trying to go right.

What if that tight feeling in your chest isn’t the end of the world —
but the beginning of a new chapter?

    It’s not always a setback.
    Sometimes it’s a set-up for your breakthrough.

Next Time You Feel That Energy…

Next time that wave of emotion hits — instead of shutting down, numbing out, or judging yourself — try this:

    Pause.
    Breathe.
    And ask yourself:

“What’s trying to come through me right now?”

Because maybe you’re not falling apart…
Maybe you’re just falling into place.

    Can I keep it real?
Sometimes what we call “bad energy” is really just your blessing… dressed in a feeling you haven’t learned to trust yet.

  • The Day I Let Go

    May 20th, 2025

There comes a moment in your journey when you get tired of your own patterns. Tired of repeating the same cycles. Tired of justifying behaviors that no longer align with the person you know you can be.

For me, that moment is today.

I used to hide behind the phrase, “that’s just the way I am.” It felt like protection. Like I didn’t have to change if I could just accept my flaws and call it personality. But deep down, I knew it was a barrier—a way to avoid growth, accountability, and the discomfort that comes with becoming someone new.

Growth is uncomfortable. It requires honesty. Humility. And sometimes, a hard look in the mirror. But what’s on the other side of that discomfort is freedom.

So today, I made a decision:

    • To stop blaming.
    • To stop resisting.
    • To stop trying to control everything around me just to feel safe.

I’m choosing peace over pride. Self-awareness over ego. Healing over hiding. I’m ready to own my part, to forgive others, and to walk forward without dragging old weight behind me.

I’m not doing this for approval. I’m doing this because I know I’m capable of more. Because I want to look back one day and be proud of who I became.

    A Declaration

Today, I bury the phrase, “that’s just how I am.”
    I’ve outgrown that shell.
    I’m becoming someone new—
    someone softer, stronger, more aware.

I forgive the ones who broke me.
I’ll make peace with the ones I bruised.
    No more pointing fingers—
    I’ll hold the mirror first.

I accept the beauty and the broken.
    The joy and the pain.
I release the urge to control.
I surrender the need to explain.

The past no longer holds my name.
The weight no longer owns me.
    Today, I let go.
    Today, I breathe.
    Today… I am finally free.

    Can I keep it real?

It’s never too late to become who you were meant to be. Let go. Heal. Evolve. Your next level is waiting on the other side of surrender.
